  • How do you vet candidates?

    We have a massive global team ourselves - over 400 workers. No one can go to work for you until they've been reliable working for us for a few weeks. That means perfect attendance and an outstanding work product. There is no better method of vetting staff than that.   


    To get on here, global workers have to have a minimum of 2 years of call center experience in the Philippines, and most have college degrees. They also have to speak impeccable English, which is a language Filipinos grow up speaking anyway.

  • Do global workers contribute to the employee count for insurance purposes?

    No, these are global workers - freelancers. They don't affect your US employee count. They don't even count as 1099 workers.
